I am leading the design approach for a high-profile, high-in-demand incident reporting tool for internal and external users.
My day to day tasks are usually:

- Accessibility guidance and support
- Stakeholder influencing
- Workshop facilitation
Using my experience to help improve and support the digital culture and client experiences, developing and mentoring other designers, supporting and instigating a design system and creating a safe community to learn, share and ask questions.
